Once we finalize your order an invoice will be sent with your preferred payment option. This will also include the shipping and any other fees that might apply. HST and PST is not included in the price and will be added to your order at a sales tax rate that depends on where the items are being shipped to in Canada. Shipping is offered on Sterling Silver items at a flat rate of $18.00 within Canada. There will be an added cost for insurance on the higher value items. We send out all packages with tracking. If you want the tracking number, please ensure we have your email address on file.

International shipping costs are based on DHL shipping and insurance rates. Ask us for further details.

Customs and import taxes Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Devarati Jewellery would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your happiness is our highest priority.

We ask that you report any damaged packages or items to us within 48 hours of delivery. We recommend taking pictures of the damaged package and contents.

To expedite the handling of your return or exchange, we recommend using the original packaging to return your product to us.

Sales items, special orders, custom jewellery, engraved items and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned. Devarati Jewellery will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee.

Once the item is received, we will process the return or exchange. We do not issue return postage or labels; it is your responsibility to pay for shipping of damaged product(s), unless the return was a result of our error. You may use the carrier of your choice, but we recommend using a traceable and insured form of delivery.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

Once your return is received, your refund or exchange (excluding shipping and duties) will be processed within 10 business days. Once your return has been processed, a refund may take up to 7-10 days to appear in your account. This depends on your bank or credit card issuer.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
